Swimming pool - Breathtaking 25-metre swimming pool with dual spa water fountains, two outdoor showers and bespoke Casa Agua pool towels.  The pool furniture includes large designer shade umbrellas, nine sun-beds, three in-water sun-beds, a large two-person day-bed and a hammock for guests to relax all day long.

Heated jacuzzi - On the panoramic roof terrace guests can also enjoy the ocean sunset and large outdoor heated Jacuzzi with alfresco shower. 

Gym - Residents have access to their own private fully equipped gym supplied by designer Italian company, Technogym. Equipment includes: treadmill, cycle machine, Dual Adjustable Pulley weights machine, Plyo boxes, range of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga/pilates mats.

Tennis court - Enjoy access to the Casa Agua private tennis court, tennis equipment is supplied for rentals to use.

Dining & Entertaining

Casa Agua provides guests with three exclusive dining areas:

Internal Dining – seated dining room located in the main house for 12 people – overlooking the water feature, 25-metre swimming pool and views across the Med to the Spanish main land & mountains of Valencia.

Pool Terrace Dining – seated terrace après dining for 10 people – close to both the central & staff kitchen, ground floor terrace bar and covered by bespoke shade sail.

Olive Grove Dining – away from the main house in the entertaining pavilion area is the majestic Seletti monkey table and bespoke shade sail for formal dinner or casual lunch dining of 20 people. This area also contains the Outdoor Pavilion Kitchen which is framed by Ibizan dry stone walls, the ancient olive grove, two 3-metre Corten steel water fountains, separate raised chill-out and fire-pit area, and contains full facilities (indoor shower, toilet and duel-basin washroom). 

Casa Agua also offers 3 architecturally designed long professional bars for just making a drink or all events and entertaining: on the expansive Roof Terrace, Pool Terrace (with osmosis ice machine and refrigerator) and Outdoor Pavilion Long Bar (with osmosis ice machine, dishwasher and refrigerator).

Villa Chill-out Areas

As seen in the Gallery, Casa Agua offers unique private and secluded areas throughout the villa and grounds to take in the day, sunset or evening. From raised chill-out areas with bespoke sail coverage, to citrus and olive groves, palm tree lined manicured lawns and alabaster white marble terraces; Casa Agua has over nine discrete and private areas to relax during your stay.  

Casa Agua also provides two large entertaining and sunset roof terraces with panoramic views of the ocean and Cala Tarida.

Separate Food preparation areas

The villa provides guests, chefs and staff with three separate food preparation areas:

• Main house kitchen modernly designed and newly installed in 2023 (including professional wine fridge)

• Outdoor Pavilion kitchen perfect for outdoor dining (with five burner gas oven/hotplate/BBQ, gas wok hob, professional pizza oven, refrigerator, dishwasher & osmosis ice machine).

Casa Agua provides clean and fresh osmosis drinking water (unique in Ibiza), removing the need for plastic water bottles which can cause damage to the environment.
